Food Distribution Project – Feasibility Study
The work involved stakeholder consultation encompassing both the voluntary sector (as service providers) and the statutory sector. The consultation was focused on assessing various options for sustainable project delivery.
South Wye Development Trust Business Plan Development
ASAN was engaged by Herefordshire County Council to investigate and develop various social enterprise ideas for inclusion in the first Business Plan for the newly established South Wye Development Trust. We were engaged to plan the asset development and community enterprise activity of a development trust formed from a time expired regeneration Partnership. The commission involved extensive local consultation and facilitation of strategic scoping activity with local stakeholders.
Blakenhall Design & Print
We successful carried out some in depth business planning and hands on business development support for a new community enterprise providing print and graphic design services in Wolverhampton. This commission was undertaken for Blakenhall Action Community Forum and funded by Wolverhampton’s New Deal for Communities.
North Smethwick Development Trust
We were commissioned by an established development trust to plan the development of a new managed workspace facility in Smethwick. This included managed workspace needs study, strategic stakeholder engagement, scoping capital Funders & submitted a successful application to the Adventure Capital Fund for £18,000 revenue support to develop the social enterprise idea further.
