At ASAN we have a commitment to demonstrating the impact our activities make in the community.
Every year we go through a process of Social Accounting and Audit. This is a process where we consult our stakeholders to find out what difference we are making.
We then analyse the results and get this independently verified by a qualified Social Auditor.
This is not a requirement by any of our funders or the regulatory authorities. It is something we are committed to do to demonstrate to those we work with how our performance is developing and hopefully improving.
ASAN is a member of the Social Audit Network and also founding members of the West Midlands Social Accounting Cluster.
As well as conducting social accounting on an annual basis we can provide assistance to other organisations seeking to demonstrate their social value.
